The museum tells the story of the battle between the 30th British Army Corps and two elite SS Panzer Divisions for Tilly-sur-Seulles using documents, models, photographs and objects found on the battlefield. It highlights the violent battles which took place around Tilly, a village taken and recaptured 23 times before its final liberation. |
