On the site of the former Normandy Tank Museum, this is a museographical space of approximately 1,500 m², with many exhibitions dedicated to the Battle of the Hedges, covering a period from the Battle of Normandy to the end of the war. Displays and dioramas include hundreds of models and many vintage vehicles: Jeep, side-car, dodge-ambulance, GMC etc …
The Normandy landings are explained, as well as the lives of Norman civilians, entry into resistance, field hospitals and the return of French prisoners of war. The place of women during the war is also important in the exhibition.
