MVTDDAY Community Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration is open to all members of the Military Vehicle Trust
  2. One registration is required per historic vehicle and includes up to 4 people of any age, one of whom must be the nominated lead person and must be a member of the MVT. For larger parties please contact the tour organisers. For people not taking a historic vehicle one registration is required per 4 people.
  3. The closing date for early registration costing £30 will be 31st January 2024. After that date, the cost will rise to £40 and some items in the Tour Packs may not be available.
  4. Each lead person will be allocated one Tour Pack, and one access invitation to the MVTDDAY website and the MVTDDAY24 Facebook Group. If individuals want extra Tour Packs they should register separately
  5. Opening dates for registration for parades and events will be announced later in the year when organisers have provided us with required details. Organisers may limit the places available to us and registration will be on a first come first served basis. Updates will be posted on our facebook group MVTDDAY24 and/or emails.
  6. The lead person must be a member of the MVT at the time of the trip; non-members will not be covered by the PLI insurance which is included as part of the tour benefits.
  7. The lead person must ensure that all members in their party follow the MVT Code of Conduct.
  8. All people attending are responsible for their own health, travel and vehicle insurance, travel permits, passports and relevant documents for driving.
  9. Your data will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for purposes associated with membership of #MVTDDAY24
  10. All arrangements are subject to change should circumstances beyond our control require it. Members will be notified of any changes to these T&Cs
